Seagulls
These black headed seagulls burst with personality. People actually resent them for eating their cheese fries uninvited. To me, what they bring to any shore experience is immeasurable. The clatter of noise they supply helps to make the shore what it is. Having a page of seagull drawings comes in very handy when painting at the shore. Most shore paintings can use a gull or two, not just because they would actually be there but also as a last finishing touch for balance and interest.— Eddie Flotte
