Gray Day In Strathmere

Near what used to be Frank's Boat Rentals in Strathmere, New Jersey is this place. It's actually all part of Frank's. There isn't much left with this shore-y flavor in the nearby vicinity. I keep going back here to find inspiration. I've done several other paintings here from different Points of view. While I painted this, a mother Racoon moved her babies one at a time on wobbly legs passed me, ... about 4 feet in front of me. I especially like this painting. The memory of the Racoon will always be attached to it.
