10th Street Lagoon

As Ocean City New Jersey rapidly changes, it is hard to find little sweet spots like this. I've gone back here many times ... Now the empty lot where I usually sit and work from is covered with no trespassing signs. Fortunately this time I got friendly with a man who wanted to show me his boat and knew it would be ok to sit here in my vantage point.
