A Barn Swallow Takes A Drink

Sitting by the pond you quicly notice the barn swallows. There are always a few cirlcling for a drink. They hit the water in flight and keep right on going leaving behind the ripple. That ripple over laps one that came before and one that follows and so on. This pond is such an important part of the farm in every way. For me the esthetic effect it has and the spirit effect are the reasons it is important.
