This man was sitting by the Metro stop at Place des Abbesses in Paris.

My time in Paris was so exceptionally special. I lived with friends in Montmartre. Much of that area seemed to look the way it must have back in its art history days.

Characters like this were always just a short walk away. All of my days there were busy and productive.
