A friend and I were following the map through some back roads looking for a fishing spot, when we came upon this scene. I came back the next day to paint this. It's an old saw mill. It happens to be right beside a small skiing spot. I'd always heard about it but never knew where it was. That winter My sisters and I started skiing there. My nephew finally got me snow boarding. I love this piece. I especially like the little house and porch down the road. |
