Straight ahead takes you into what was the pipe plant.   Truck loads of asbestos pipe rolled out day and night.   Follow the arrow to the right and you'd head past the water purification plant across the tracks to Frenchies ... a favorite swimming hole on the Wissahickon Creek.   The cyclone fence on the left is the corner of Knight Playground.... Swings, monkey bars, slides, summer arts and crafts, pic-nic benches, base ball and basketball.
