PARIS MAN at the FRUIT STAND

In the late 80's, I was able to spend
six months in Paris.
From the other side of the street, I sketched
this man.
I walked along with him as I drew.
When he would stop and look toward me,
I'd pretend I was drawing the roof tops.
Later, I redrew him into this scene.
