A few days earlier, I had had the pleasure of meeting the great painter ANDREW WYETH. I was still in Chaddsford visiting the Brandywine Museum. I stopped along the way to do this painting. Later on in the week I noticed Wyeth's painting ROAD KILL in the museum It tickled me to discover it was the same house. Years later I found out. this was the home of one of Wyeth's frequent subjects. |
